Obrecht Properties and Obrecht-Riehl Properties Acquires Highland Garden Apartments

A joint venture of Obrecht Properties LLC and Obrecht-Riehl Properties has recently acquired Highland Gardens Apartments, a 43-unit multifamily community in the Lansdowne area of Baltimore County. Freddie Mac financing for this acquisition was arranged by Kevin Tehan and Brett Parker of Columbia National Real Estate Finance. The buyer and seller were represented by Bill Alborn and Jim Frack of Alborn & Asssociates. The property will be managed by Sparks Management LLC, an affiliate of Obrecht-Riehl Properties.
