As of 3/31/2024 this link is no longer available. We have moved to a new software package for Work Orders.

This link will now generate an e-mail to Obrecht Properties to allow us to set your office up on our Prism network.

Please keep an eye out for a Welcome email from Prism to activate your account. The email will come from no_reply@buildingengines.com. Just click “Accept Invitation” to get started. There, you’ll see your username and the option to create your password.

Going forward, you can use that information to log in and submit requests via https://connect.buildingengines.com/

For any concerns within your office or common area of the building.

We will follow up with a Tenant User Guide with all the information you’ll need to navigate Prism.
