Building Technician Job
The Building Technician position supports and assists in maintaining commercial real estate. The Building Technician is involved in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the property, including tenant relations, maintenance and repair, security, janitorial services, landscaping, snow removal, etc. The Building Technician handles tenant complaints and service requests. The Building Technician must be proactive in their daily approach to the properties and always have a positive attitude with the customer providing quality customer service.
